AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYPERFORMANCE MEASURES (QUANTITATIVE / QUALITATIVE)
1Liquid Quality Assurance
1. Manage end to end liquid QA for ENA, HBS, Malt Spirit, FF/Caramel for Liquid suppliers
2. To drive RFT for liquid QA for Renovation / Innovation projects in coordination with TC.
3. Establish standardized process for HBS making in coordination with TC.
4. Regular monitoring and audits for HBS hubs, Malt spirit process & Blending processes and drive improvements.
5. Implementation of Codex at all units
6. Training and development on Liquid quality for Quality and blending.
7. Drive liquid RFT quality of blends
8. Regular market visits and monitor liquid quality of products in market and liaison with third party for necessary market survey to drive continuous improvements.

9. Establish central quality assurance lab at Kumbalgodu
10. Manage End to End analysis of RM/PM - need basis
Establish ITC (India Training Centre) and ensure Quality Orientation Program for all New Joiners in Quality
11. Responsible for ENA Quality assurance at Co-located distilleries
12. Co-ordination with Technical centre team for all works related to New blend formulation, Rennovation & Innovation projects, Relevant Standards & SOPs and percolate the necessary knowledge transfer to all Diageo Sites.
13. To carry out root cause analysis and to work out necessary corrective actions for Liquid related failures and defects in Units & Markets.
14. To quickly turn around with analysis in case of any market complaints related liquid quality and take necessary actions to fix the same.
15. Drive digitization of Blending formulae and access creation for authorized blending i/c's
16. Ensure compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements including Liquid Quality, L1,GRMS,GMP& Food safety Systems1. Consistent Liquid Quality across all manufacturing locations.
2. Zero Genuine Liquid Quality complaints from consumers
3. Consistent Liquid Quality on shelf
4. First time Right Quality of Blend
5. First time Right Quality of ENA
6. First time Right Quality of HBS
7. Capability development for Blenders at Units.
8. Quick TAT for all samples at Central QA Lab.

• Responsible for capability development of the department personnel through identification of training needs for all of them and delivery of trainings regularly
• Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members
• Drive improvement in value survey score through people engagement and development
• Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles
• Ensure periodic follow-up with the recruitment team to fill the vacant positions with in stipulated time; in case of deviations escalate it to appropriate authority• Employee engagement score
