About this role

As Senior Commercial Capability Manager, you're expected to evolve commercial capability through sales process diagnose, business needs analysis, sales force enablement and curriculum development.

Siting in commercial department, you'll have the opportunity to Identify the capability opportunity with commercial leadership and collaborate with global commercial capability and regional learning team to roll out the capability building plan.

You will be responsible for:

  • Translate commercial strategy in capability development calendar, catering to channel/RTM/portfolio needs.
  • Perform capability needs analyses for the impacted users' groups to understand the capability development scope and requirement.
  • Works with business stakeholders to build consensus and alignment for sourcing, develop and implement capability enhancement projects and programs
  • Partner with Global and APAC capability building team to localize, deploy the existing capability program, and take actions on their local measurement.
  • Oversee capability programs roadmap and their engagement& execution plans, including technology/digital solutions.
  • Develop& maintain an effective internal& external, global& local network mix to ensure the agility in program planning& execution.
  • Hands-on deliver sales coaching programs, e.g. Diageo ways of Selling.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Professional working experience in commercial capability, sales operation excellence etc., management consulting background would be a plus.
  • Solid route to market knowledge of CPG/TBA industry.
  • Ability to thrive under ambiguity and ever-changing consumer environment.
  • Executive presentation skills to work with senior stakeholder cohorts.
  • Agility to flex working& communication style depending on the dynamic.
  • Experience of working as a trainer/consultant is a plus
  • Fluency in English and written communication skills
