About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Business Effectiveness team. In this role, you will act as the key link between our sales representatives, the Support team in India, the Data Lead, and the Commercial Systems Product Owner. You will ensure that sales teams receive the support they need, are informed of system updates, and that issues are investigated, resolved, and clearly communicated. You will also supervise recurring issues and contribute to process improvements that enhance overall efficiency.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, curious, and tech-savvy individual who enjoys supporting others, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement in processes.

- Serve as the first point of contact for sales representatives with issues related to commercial systems and tools.
- Translate sales team challenges into clear, actionable requests for the support team in India.
- Investigate problems and identify root causes by running Salesforce reports, checking workflows, and collaborating closely with relevant teams.
- Escalate and collaborate with the Data Lead when issues involve data quality.
- Raise, manage, and track support tickets end-to-end, ensuring timely closure and clear communication to users.
- Provide timely updates to sales teams on ticket status, system changes, and system updates.
- Document learnings and process flows for future reference.
- Identify recurring issues, share insights with the Product Owner, and contribute to process reviews with practical improvement suggestions.
- Create and maintain process guides and documentation for commercial system management.
- Highlight training gaps and support retraining initiatives for sales teams.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience in a commercial support role).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised, with the ability to prioritise a high workload effectively.
- Accountable: you take ownership of tickets end-to-end and ensure users are informed once resolved.
- Confident in raising issues, challenging processes, and suggesting improvements where needed.
- Creative and solution-focused when improving processes.
- Analytical thinker, able to identify root causes and spot patterns.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable learning new systems and experienced with Service Now, Salesforce, and MS Office.
- Skilled in creating and adapting Salesforce, Excel, or Power BI reports to investigate issues.
- Strong communicator, able to explain technical details in clear, simple terms.
- Collaborative and proactive team player.
- Fluent in English and Polish is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Service Now, and Power BI is an advantage
- Ability to create Power BI reports for deeper analysis and trend identification is an advantage
