About the Role
We're looking for a collaborative and strategic leader to help us shape the future of sales. In this role, you'll:
- Define sales channel goals and create actionable plans, programs, and budgets to achieve them - ensuring compliance with all relevant competition laws.
- Optimize the use of marketing and operational budgets while staying aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and empower the Customer Executive team, creating an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute.
- Champion performance through inclusive recruitment, development, and coaching practices.
- Analyze operational data to create accurate forecasts and performance insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare clear and timely performance reports on a quarterly and annual basis, supporting effective channel-based planning.
- Translate business insights and market analysis into impactful, compliant action plans.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across sales and other key departments, as well as with external partners.
- Engage in regular field visits in alignment with company policies and values.
- Oversee telesales and digital partner collaborations in coordination with procurement teams.

What You Bring
We're excited to meet people from all backgrounds who are ready to bring their unique strengths to this opportunity. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree
- Working proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel as needed; valid driver's license
- 5+ years of experience in sales (FMCG experience is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams
- Exposure to or experience in call center operations
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital platforms
- A people-first leadership style with strong coaching and team-building skills
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities
- An analytical mindset with a solid understanding of financials
- Effective and inclusive communication skills; results-driven and proactive
- A passion for innovation, collaboration, and shared success
- Experience setting sales strategies and performance targets
