The Role:
Due to RGM growth, we are seeking a Promo Efficiency Sr Analyst to supplement our team. Working closely with RGM partners across South LAC, you will play a crucial role in building return on investment frameworks and assessing deal value and risk to ensure that we make the best choices in terms of Promo Strategy.
This role requires a candidate with financial modeling experience, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to influence and drive RGM growth by Promo Efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, in-depth financial models, including business valuations, discounted cash flow analysis and reverse interest rate calculations.
- Identify underperforming investments and lead recommendations for adjustment, reallocation, or reduction.
- Develop and scale return on investment tools to evaluate Trade Spend (Promotions) initiatives, from the aggregate level to specific activities.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess performance, profitability, and central initiatives.
- Collaborate with RGM and cross-functional teams to provide Promo guidance and support key business decisions.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, economic indicators, and competitor performance to inform strategic recommendations
- Provide ongoing promo reporting to customers, ensuring clarity and actionable insights
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Financial, RGM or statistical modeling role.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial modelling software, and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of ROI
- Ability to communicate and influence complex information to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
