About the role and team:
This is a fantastic opportunity to come and craft the future at our Baileys production site. The purpose of the role is to protect people, brands, and reputation. The Quality Assurance Administrator role will be integral to the governance team, responsible for embedding the quality and food safety framework across all areas of the Baileys category.
This role will ensure that world-class food safety standards and procedures are in place and followed ensuring we manufacture and deliver Best in class products to the 150 countries we supply worldwide. As the quality subject matter expert, you will work closely with both leadership and operations teams, providing coaching and training to ensure high standards are maintained and drive continuous improvements
Role responsibilities:
- Ensure all manufactured goods are produced according to quality specifications and comply with government regulations and standards.
- In-depth review and update of site HACCP/TACCP/VACCP programs in line with FSSC22000 & ISO 9001 standards.
- System administration for our documentation both internally and external.
- Coordinate complaint investigation for both Baileys sites including complaints system management.
- Management of our documentation control system across Governance.
Experience / skills required:
- Knowledge of Food Safety ISO standards.
- Practical experience conducting a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Plan.
- Strong influencing ability, delivering work through others not within your direct report group.
- Ability to take a data driven approach relating to decision making.
- Effective communicator, across internal and external stakeholder groups.
