Project Manager, Supply Chain Integration Specialist will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of the organization's supply chain operations, driving critical initiatives, and delivering tangible value through effective global strategy programs and M&A integration. This position offers an opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success!

Reporting directly to the President of Supply in North America, the Supply Chain Integration team delivers strategic programs that build business capability and create incremental NSV through targeted portfolio expansion and global route to market expansion.

  • Enable end-to-end integration of supply operations between newly acquired brands and Diageo's existing supply network
  • Unlock global NSV and margin expansion.
  • Generate actionable insights through data and analytics.
  • Build fit for purpose supply growth strategies for DV Accelerator brands.
  • Bring value through robust, data-driven cases that align with NAM's long term business strategy.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Support the execution of integration initiatives, including but not limited to process harmonization, system integration, organizational restructuring, and cultural alignment.
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption during M&A integration.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to understand the efficiency of M&A integration and global supply strategy efforts.
  • Carry out commercialization activities related to global supply chain initiatives.
  • Bring creative solutions to commercialization challenges.
  • Navigate ambiguity and leverage collaboration to solve problems.
  • Be practitioners and advocates of our Leadership Standards and Must Dos.
  • Apply strong project management skills to develop and handle project timelines and ensure risk profiles and mitigation plans are developed and driven for each project.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Credentials (BA or BS degree) in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of CPG experience managing strategic or commercialization projects
  • Self-motivated, detail-attentive and collaborative
  • Experience in leading a multi-disciplined team in a very fast paced environment, with the ability to lead, thrive, provide guidance and cut-through in the face of great ambiguity.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory management, and procurement practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability influence and negotiate optimally at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including being able to motivate teams, drive results, and navigate organizational dynamics.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to synthesize data and make informed decisions.
