Our Taiwan Private Client team, formerly part of the Rare Team, is now integrated into the Diageo Luxury Group. We continue to serve high-net-worth individuals through a direct-to-client (B2C) model, focused on rare, aged whiskies and bespoke experiences. As we grow our footprint in Taiwan, we are looking for passionate talent with experience in luxury and client relationship management to help shape the future of Diageo's luxury business.

About the role

You will be responsible for:
  • Develop and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals in Taichung.
  • Understand the unique needs and preferences of HNWI clients and tailor sales strategies to meet these needs effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HNWI segment, contributing to the growth of our brands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product specialists, to create customized solutions for HNWI clients.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • Organize and host exclusive events and tastings to engage HNWI clients and showcase our luxury brands.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on HNWI client activities and preferences to the sales leadership team.


To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Direct to client sales experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury goods or premium beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with HNWI clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the luxury market dynamics.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter with a passion for luxury brands and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
