What will your role be?
Innovation is a critical growth driver for the Australia business, and as a key priority for both Diageo and our Customers, the Premix Category is leading the charge in delivering transformational NSV growth through being first to market with new products within the Premix category against the rapidly evolving consumer landscape. In your role as the Senior Innovation Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the innovation strategy and pipeline, leading innovation from end-to-end, leveraging the extensive cross functional premix team to deliver the next generation of products for Diageo.
Please Note - this is a 12 month Secondment Role
Where will you grow in this role?
- Deliver commercially grounded innovation projects at agreed scale on time and in budget;
- Identification and delivery of incremental and transformational ideas to drive organic growth utilising expert strategic, ideation, concept development and commercialisation skills;
- Lead and influence cross functional project teams (Category, Marketing, Customer Marketing, Supply, Technical, Legal and Financial) agencies and local leadership team;
- Creation of highly differentiated consumer bundles using consumer insight and purposeful creativity; and
- Utilise the A360 process, delivering GATES on agreed timelines.
What will you bring to the table?
- Experience at or above brand manager level;
- Proven ability in:
- Leveraging consumer, shopper and customer insights;
- Developing consumer and customer driven strategy;
- Developing & managing all elements of the marketing mix;
- Delivering successful projects by leading a cross-functional team; and
- Influencing peers and executive level in both a local & global context.
