The scope
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience Tower is part of Global Business Operations and covers a set of planning, forecasting & analytical activities that support business decisions and help understanding of overall financial health by combining financial, operational, and external data in one place. It involves supporting strategic planning, leading Annual Operating Planning (AOP), supporting landing, leading performance analysis, and generating insights on strategic market and regional level.

The role
- Overhead Ownership: Lead end-to-end overhead management with a focus on financial accuracy, internal controls, and cost efficiency.
- Business Partnering: Build strong collaborations with partners and functions (HR, Legal, etc.), delivering clear, actionable insights
- Planning & Reporting: Drive AOP, forecasting, and month-end close with accurate P&L representation and meaningful variance analysis
- Decision Support: Provide forward-looking insights, uncover root causes, and highlight key risks and opportunities
- Process Improvement: Streamline planning and reporting, embrace automation, and challenge the status quo to boost efficiency
- Commercial Insight: Blend analytical strength with business understanding to anticipate issues and support strategic goals
- Collaboration: Work cross-regionally to align standard processes and build financial capabilities across teams
- Proactivity: Spot risks early, recommend actions, and stay ahead with minimal mentorship
- Professional Impact: Bring credibility, drive, and a solution-focused approach to influence and deliver results.
About you
- Education: Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
- Experience: 5-7+ years in a relevant role with a track record of strong performance
- Communication: Skilled in negotiation, influencing, and business partner management
- Language: Proficient in English, written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Sophisticated Excel and financial systems proficiency.
- ERP Knowledge: Familiar with SAP or similar platforms.
- Analytical Strength: Detailed with strong problem-solving skills.
- Presentation: Clear and confident communicator.
- Attitude: Proactive, solution-focused, and continuously improving.
- Financial Acumen: Strong numerical sense with big-picture thinking.
- Business Partnering: Trusted collaborator with a commercial demeanor
