Do you thrive at the intersection of digital strategy and fast-moving consumer goods? We're seeking a dynamic O2O Supervisor to shape the future of our e-instant retail channels and drive transformative growth in China's competitive retail landscape.

About this role

As O2O Supervisor, you will be the strategic architect and frontline commander of our digital commerce operations across key platforms (Meituan, Ele.me, JD Daojia, etc). Your mandate is to orchestrate end-to-end channel dominance - from planning to execution - ensuring our iconic brands win in China's hyper-competitive O2O landscape.

You will be responsible for:

  • Crafting channel-specific growth roadmap for platform and key accounts, designing integrated campaigns (IP collaborations, performance ads, promotions), and translating consumer insights into tactical playbooks
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration - mobilizing brand equity, aligning Sales agenda(KA/Regional/E-commerce), complying with the compliance and risk governance requirement - throughout the planning and execution phase.
  • Monitoring real-time market intelligence (sales/share KPIs, resource ROI, distribution lift), conducting post-campaign analysis, and deploying rapid countermeasures to secure sustainable growth

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Relevant working experiences in O2O /KA/channel marketing, preferably in total beverage alcohol category.
  • Mastery in synchronizing multi-stakeholder (Marketing/Sales/Finance/Legal) and external customers.
  • Innate ability to intercept platform data streams, pinpoint growth levers, and transform numbers into actionable combat orders.
  • Proven capacity to lead multi-front campaigns execution while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Business English proficiency.
