National Account Manager - Route to Market

What about the role?

Our National Account Manager for owning the total Route to Market (RTM) partnership with our NZ partner, Lion. This role leads the performance across the total Diageo portfolio, including Premix, Glass Spirits & Beer and will drive success through developing the strong relationship our business has with our partnership group and embedding a strong mutually beneficial joint strategy for growth. Where will you grow in this role?

• Lead the growth strategy of the NZ distribution partnerships, with full accountability to deliver financial goals within the channel;
• Develop a complex stakeholder matrix internally and within the partnership group;
• Develop and implement strategic iniatives as part of agreed JBPs, working in partnership with the Finance and Marketing teams;
• Internally champion and influence a wide range of cross functional partners to build greater knowledge of your growth channel; and
• Lead the S&OP process for the business unit to ensure profitability of the channel.

What will you bring to the table?

• Established experience within a commercial sales or supply function, ideally at a National Account, Key Account level;
• Highly skilled in performance management, selling and negotiation;
• Proven experience in leading customer groups end to end, including P&L Management;
• An innate desire to champion and influence internally and externally to ensure strong growth within your channel; and
• A keen understanding of working within a complex and agile environment.
