Role Responsibilities:
- Developing a customized brand plans specifically adapted to the needs of the region and bringing it to life in SEA and Philippines.
- Infusing local expertise & knowledge of the region into brand plans for tailored and localized approach
- Defining, implementing and supervising integrated marketing programs and initiatives to support business growth in SEA. This might include: growth drivers, agency briefs, activity calendar, sales enablement initiatives, network animation and activations, partner driven programs and events
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that deliver volume, value, and share growth while strengthening brand desirability
- Manage key SP BUs independently, being responsible for brand campaigns, consumer activations & helping Partners implement growth drivers
- Lead regional SEA-wide campaign localization, ensuring alignment with Zacapa's luxury positioning
- Partner with commercial teams to optimize pricing, distribution, and portfolio strategy for each market
- Track & analyze brand health, competitive landscape, and business critical metrics to inform agile decision-making
- Assist the Singapore market in establishing leadership in Cocktail Culture via World Class
Role Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing and brand management experiences, ideally in the luxury sector
- In-depth understanding of building brands in culture, having handled luxury brands end to end
- Hands-on, autonomous, creative, result orientated individual with a strategic mind
- Solid in-market experience with a 360-marketing approach
- Strong strategic thinking
- Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity and proactively use these moments to lead cross functional team, as well as agencies towards operational excellence.
- Strong project management skills
- Luxury flair, attention to details and high-quality requirements
- Demonstrated experience of working successfully with a global, or complex, team structure
- Highly entrepreneurial, just do it, proven ability to grow brands resourcefully
- Strong drive and determination. A track record of beta testing & optimization.
