What will your role be?

Our Marketing & Innovation Director is a highly influential leader on our Indonesian Leadership team, focused on delivering breakthrough performance in market and set the strategic growth objective through transformational marketing strategy. Reporting to the General Manager for the market, our Marketing & Innovation Director has full scope from consumer planning and innovation through to brand execution in market.

Leading a broad team, you will be responsible for enabling performance and nurturing high potential within the team to foster a collaborative and ambitious culture driven to deliver marketing excellence in market.

What does this role look like for you?
  • Championing the consumer voice, leading internally from planning through to execution of our brands in market, including leading the annual planning cycle in alignment with market, regional and global objectives - ensuring the local consumer is at the heart of all key strategic initiatives;
  • Lead the local market category and portfolio strategy, stretching across Beer, International Spirits and leverage the locally produced Spirits portfolio to accelerate growth in critical win areas;
  • Co-own P&L with the broader Executive Leadership team in market, with a specific focus on driving market and value share;
  • Lead a team of 8, inspiring a culture of experimentation, speed and agility, while providing opportunities to growth high potential talent; and
  • Partner with regional and global teams to lead the Innovation Strategy and execution into market.


What will you bring to the table?
  • Significant experience within an FMCG or Beverages environment, ideally with a significant number of years' experience within a multinational environment;
  • Extended leadership experience, not only leading your own direct team but influencing and leading cross functional teams to delivery;
  • Proven experience in leading marketing transformation and accelerating brand growth through innovative marketing practices, rooted in the heart of consumer insights;
  • Ideally, some level of digital experience - meeting consumers where they are today in an online world;
  • High levels of communication, influence and collaboration soft skills; and
  • Strong leadership experience, inspiring exceptional performance and fostering an engaged and motivated culture.
