Job Description :
1.Support on Capability Development Roadmap Planning
• Support individual and department competence mapping
• Support capability development roadmap for individual and department
• Develop presentations/ case notes etc. for the team during the planning and roadmap development exercises
2.Training Design & Delivery
• Liaison with other departments (HR, Regional teams) and implement capability development roadmap
• Collaborate with HR / External Vendors for developing training content based on need assessment
• Collaborate with IT for developing/ leveraging existing online training portal
• Support train the trainer programs
• Support roll out of relevant trainings for 3rd party frontline sales force

• Co-develop Tailor Make trainings to address certain people capabilities gaps
• Identify and train internal facilitators to run the different training programs for different levels & geographies
• Own the Sales On boarding process and implementation, ensuring that every new joiner receive the relevant On boarding before and while handling the new role
3.Report Generation and Effectiveness Evaluation
• Prepare and share, with relevant stakeholders, progress reports to highlight the impact of the trainings and people development on the business results
• Align with L&D vertical to define sales training guidelines, processes incl. nomination, administration, pre-post test evaluation etc.
• Prepare MoR converging all aspects of training such as coverage, effectiveness, spends etc
4.Vendor Relationship & Stakeholder Partnering
• Develop a strong working relationship with the third-party vendors at multiple touch points within the organizations
• Partner with our internal Vendor Management Teams (Indirect Buyer, L&D Team) to work on selection procedure for third-parties.
• Supports due diligence, risk assessment, and vendor re-certification involved in contract lifecycle process to ensure we have reliable training vendors
