About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager Make Transformation to join
our Manufacturing and Supply Chain team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformation initiatives within manufacturing, leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to drive operational excellence and innovation.
Growth Opportunity:
This role provides a platform to grow within manufacturing and expand into other
areas of supply chain transformation. The candidate will gain hands-on experience indriving digital and operational transformation in a global manufacturing environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute manufacturing transformation projects, focusing on process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing analytics dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including transformation and automation partners to identify solutions, run proof of concepts (POCs), and implement scalable improvements.
- Build robust, ROI-driven business cases to support investment decisions in manufacturing transformation initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Support the development and deployment of digital solutions to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Drive collaboration between manufacturing, supply chain, and digital teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and project learnings.
- Foster a culture of transformation mindset within manufacturing teams.
Experience / skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory; a Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a strong inclination towards manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis
and presentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous
- Experience or strong interest in digital transformation, automation, and manufacturing analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exposure to running POCs, vendor/partner management, and business case development is a plus.
