Logistics Coordinator

About this role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of inbound, outbound, and warehouse logistics activities at the SZ Hub. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and markets to achieve high operational standards in cost, quality, and efficiency. The role also supports project implementation, system management, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Diageo's business goals.

You will be responsible for:

1. Inbound Operations

• Managing daily inbound shipment processes, including document control and issue resolution.
• Coordinating inbound STOs, pickup schedules, and market communication.
• Ensuring accurate customs declaration and compliance with import/export requirements.
• Handling inbound PO application and approval process.
• Supporting year-end or holiday shipment planning and closing preparation.

• Monitoring daily warehouse operation and storage in/out capacity.
• Supporting rework activities and ensure process compliance.
• Leading disposal process control and follow-up.
• Reviewing and verifying monthly outbound billing accuracy.
• Tracking and reporting warehouse KPIs (e.g., productivity, CFR usage, pallet utilization).
• Managing customer-specific requirements and urgent operational needs (e.g., COO, COA, customs documents).

• Supporting warehouse productivity improvement and CFR cost monitoring.
• Maintaining cost recharge and financial record updates.
• Supporting AF strategy execution and cost assumption tracking.

• Supporting project-related logistics activities such as CTD, Carbon, SAMBC, and customer-specific solutions.
• Conducting system health checks and troubleshoot SAP/system issues (GR, variance checking, etc.).
• Supporting data submission and reporting for sustainability (e.g., carbon data).

• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of customs processes and import/export requirements
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• A proactive mindset with strengths in problem-solving and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
