KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Implement strategies on product positioning and visibility, market penetration, new account development, and segmentation to augment business and exceed profit margins. Plan and execute the marketing initiatives and brand activations within the budget targets in lines with the organizational and regional objectives. To achieve volume targets for the designated territory through effective implementation of sales strategies:
- Sales planning/ stock requirement forecast
- Account planning and execution based on PR segmentation approach.
Plan and execute promotion activities to generate demand/ push and build/ sustain & improve brand image To initiate and liaise with Key on-premise outlets to generate sales volumes on a sustainable basis.

- Plan and organize sales promotion activities to sustain and improve brand visibility
- Responsible for on-premise for menu listing, merchandising, including collaterals, permanencies, tie-ups, associations.
- Responsible for improved product visibility & pre-empt competition
Implement and manage planning and stock forecasting strategies with high levels of accuracy and consistency. Commercial discipline:
a. Ensure control on various outstanding and pending issues as per protocol
b. Manage various statutory formalities as per regulation
Gain market intelligence and visibility through competitive mapping and market trends across the state Forecast market trends Adherence to Company Sales Reporting processes and JD Edwards systems Lead the Key Accounts Team keeping a high level of motivation & feedback with a view to build an aggressive and motivated team.

Ø With Finance for claim settlements
Ø With Marketing/ Activation for planning and execution of Promotions, installation and maintaining of signage.
Ø Region Head for guidance and approvals
Ø Marketing for Brand/ Product Guidelines, Best Practices

- Excise/ Corporation to maintain smooth business environment and create opportunities for PR business
- Create and maintain relations with high net worth individuals/ opinion leaders who are either consumers/ potential consumers
- Maintain healthy relationship with the Trade Partners
- Purchase managers of hotels, properties.
- Restaurant/ Bar managers of respective hotels.
- F&B Managers of hotels, properties.
- GM's & Chefs.
- Managing promoters.
- Leading DSM
