About the role:
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead the successful implementation of all Activity Map plans and Account Management negotiations, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Support Field Sales teams in achieving excellence in 2nd Tier wholesaler (MM) execution through effective negotiation and strategic alignment.
- Analyze key business data 2nd Tier customers- including sales, margins, inventory levels, pricing, competitive landscape, and market trends - to generate actionable insights and propose short-term solutions that drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and implement continuous improvements across key sales drivers, including Out-of-Stocks, Share of Shelf, Share of Displays, Pricing Strategies, and alignment with overall business priorities.
- Contribute to the in-month sales forecasting process with KAM, in order to give visibility weekly Sell In and Sell Out updates.

Leadership Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with KAM across team members as Finance, Supply, Marketing, and Customer Marketing to support and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs), identifying key growth opportunities to drive market penetration.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships, positioning Diageo as the preferred supplier through a comprehensive approach with Wholesaler and 2nd Tiers.
Experience Required & Qualifications
- Communication skills, ability to negotiate internally and externally
- Proficiency in analysis, planning, and negotiation
- Skilled in business presentation
