About the team:
Purpose of Role:
To be the first point of contact for any queries or service requests in Source to Pay.
TOP Accountabilities
- Manage daily inflow of queries and service requests in STP.
- Language intermediate English
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries and service requests.
- Display a high level of ownership and expertise for addressing queries and service requests.
- Highlight escalations and high priority issues and ask for support where required.
- Actively participate in performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous process and service improvement.
- Provide inputs to improve cycle time for service request resolutions.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members.
- Provide input on queries and service requests, and develop plans to reduce the number of queries.
- Provide inputs for improvement of user experience.
- Drive team to have continuous focus on user experience.
- Consistently upskilling and reskilling oneself and seek opportunities to learn processes end to end
- Ensure all the relevant PTP controls are operated and adhered to in their area of work.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Qualifications
- University or technical graduate.
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in a computerised accounting department.
- Exposure to Service Desk/Help Desk
- Exposure to Case management systems
- Customer care and team playing skills.
- Conversant with Purchase to Pay SAP application.
Essential Skills:
- Customer facing experience.
- Passionate about customer/user experience
- Excellent communications skills.
- Good understanding of AP process.
