About the Role
The HR transformation Manager will support the end-to-end delivery of the Route to Market transformation agenda, ensuring well-adapted execution across workstreams (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, HR). The role focuses on driving timelines, governance, interdependency management, and change readiness to enable sustainable business impact

Role Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Own day-to-day project management of RTM transformation initiatives, from design to implementation
  • Create and maintain integrated project plans, landmarks, critical paths, and risk logs
  • Supervise progress against scope, timelines, and agreed outcomes, proactively flag risks and propose mitigation actions
  • Ensure structured governance cadence (SteerCo, working teams, decision forums)


Stakeholder & Workstream Coordination
  • Act as the central coordination point across cross-functional workstreams (commercial, promotional, financial, logistics, IT, HR)
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums
  • Drive clarity on ownership, dependencies, and hand-offs across teams and markets


Change & Implementation Support
  • Partner with HR / Change leads to support change management planning and execution
  • Track readiness indicators (capability, process, systems, communication)
  • Support rollout planning, pilot tracking, and post-implementation stabilization


Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare concise, high-quality materials for senior leadership updates
  • Provide data-driven insights on progress, risks, trade-offs, and execution bottlenecks, driving governance and documentation.


Experience & Capabilities

Required
  • A demonstrated ability in project / program management, ideally in go-to-market transformations with a consulting or internal office transformation background
  • Proven track record in leading and handling cross-functional, multi-market initiatives
  • Strong structured thinking with the ability to translate strategy into executable plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Prior experience working in FMCG will be highly prioritized alongside regulated industries with complex RTM models.
  • Well versed and exposed to RTM topics such as distributor manager, coverage models, sales force effectiveness, pricing and trade terms.
  • Expertise with transformation frameworks, PMO standards or Agile/Hybrid Delivery models
  • Possess strong business acumen and operating in ambiguity, where the "what" is still being shaped while the "how" must move forward.
