About the role:

The main purpose of this role will be to be a support the delivery of HR services within SLAC, in accordance with the Compliance and local country regulations.

• Payroll:
• CARM (Backup for audits). Includes Joiner, Mover and Leavers checks.
• Run reports in Workday for data validation, vacancy accuracy, contractual information, etc.
• Coordinates Annual Diageo Values Survey process.
• Control of contracts with third parties that affect overhead.
• Immigration processes: Start and renewals
• Analysis of the use of benefits.
• Lead the engagement committee: implementation of activities that keep the team engaged
• Realization and control of PO vs budget (immigration processes, English classes, etc.)
• Onboarding coordination with LM: employees & interns
• Quality assurance in HR reports.
• Support in HR processes /projects (I&D, engagement)
