What you need to bring to this role:

As the Singapore Spirits Lead, you will take full ownership of the spirits portfolio across Singapore. This includes leading our commercial strategy, managing key distributor partnerships, and driving execution excellence to deliver sales, market share, and profit targets.

Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership
  • Lead the development and execution of annual growth plans across all channels
  • Manage the end-to-end commercial performance: sales, depletions, pricing, and profitability
  • Ensure trading terms and A&P investments are optimized for return and growth


Distributor & Customer Management
  • Cultivate strong relationships with distributors and top-tier trade partners
  • Drive performance through joint business planning, regular reviews, and store-level execution
  • Ensure distributor compliance with pricing, activation standards, and operational KPIs


Execution & Activation
  • Partner with marketing and customer marketing teams to bring brand campaigns to life in trade
  • Monitor and improve availability, range, visibility, and activation across retail touchpoints
  • Elevate consumer engagement through effective trade programs and 365 Essentials


Forecasting & Business Analytics
  • Lead accurate sales forecasting and depletion planning, ensuring supply-demand alignment
  • Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks


Team & Capability Building
  • Coach and develop distributor teams and internal commercial functions to raise execution capability
  • Drive a performance culture and succession pipeline through engagement and development planning


Requirements for the Role:
  • 10+ years in sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles within FMCG or alcohol - bev
  • Minimum 3 years managing distributors and trade customers in a dynamic market
  • Proven ability to lead joint business plans and deliver commercial results
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems
  • High level of analytical acumen, problem-solving, and planning rigor
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and entrepreneurial
