About the role:
- Channel: Top 10% Trendy Leader Acounts and Special trade
- Personification of the Luxury Portfolio and be the main ambassador
- Drive the Luxury Execution strategy role out in the Luxury omnichannel
- Deliver exponential portfolio share and its value growth through driving super-charged performance through the Luxury Commercial team
- Demonstrate an excellent coaching ability and take deep personal responsibility for developing the talent future pipeline of the market and capability of the team.
- Lead development of the market Commercial Capability plan for field sales, and drive activation of global learning programs (supporting in-market faculty development and deployment.
- Accountable for recommendation and delivery of efficiency and sales targets and help deliver overall key business objectives.
- Deliver brilliant execution in the top TLA accounts
- Closely collaborate with Luxury Customer Activation Manager, Advocacy team, Culture teams to set up KPI and make sure activations can be executed
- Develop great relationships internal and external partners
- Ownership of luxury P&L for market, including performance and profitability metrics
About you:
• Performance management of Luxury fieldsales managers team
• Leadership skills: Shape the future, Win through execution
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• +8 years proven experience in sales and in consumer goods company
Experience in Luxury is a plus
