As Head of Commercial - North West, you'll take the reins of a region that's key to our future, backed by a portfolio of iconic brands and a talented, ambitious team ready to be inspired. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines critical thinking, commercial excellence, and people-first leadership.

This role will be a vital part of our On Trade Leadership Team, reporting to the On Trade Channel Director for the Republic of Ireland, and driving performance across sales, activation, and customer engagement - all while developing a high-performing, future-ready team.

What You'll Be Leading:
  • A diverse, dynamic team of Account Executives managing top-tier customer relationships and driving executional brilliance across the region.
  • Strategy and execution across sales, quality, and activation - all aligned to our long-term growth vision for Ireland.
  • Deep, trusted relationships with senior customers and key collaborators - opening new doors and unlocking new commercial opportunities.
  • A sell-out, occasion-led culture in your regional hub - focused on delivering premium consumer experiences that grow our brands and our customers' businesses.
  • The consistent delivery of critical metrics across NSV, Margin, Profit, Call frequency, return on investment, and more - always with a future-focused lens.
