Additional Job Description:
The Head of Customer Marketing Chile collaborates with Diageo Marketing, Sales teams, and Distributors to identify brand and category opportunities. This role involves developing, managing, and executing commercial calendars and activation plans while ensuring completion within Cycle Planning processes. You will manage A&P budgets and optimize promotional tactics across brand portfolios to achieve targets. Ensure Sales and Distributor Teams have tools for brilliant execution "On Time In Full" with customers across channels by setting specific brand execution guidelines.

Key Outputs/Deliverables:
- Equip the organization with business information for detailed planning; ensure activities are delivered OTIF.
- Drive pricing/promotional effectiveness compliantly across channels using standard tools/analytics.
- Monitor pricing/promotional calendar execution; identify opportunities.
- Provide direction on TBA growth drivers relevant to category/channel.
- Evaluate in-store execution compliance against Execution Scorecard metrics; ensure corrective actions.
- Supervise M&E activities; drive promotional ROI forecasting accuracy.
- Lead customer marketing capability building agenda focusing on shopper/customer centricity.
- Invest promotional budget effectively in right brands/channels/mechanics for superior performance.
- Lead transformation on IBP/BPM; deliver Commercial Standard agenda.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Proven experience working with customers where joint business/category planning is integral.
- Understanding of total sales organization operations/effectiveness driving.
- Experience leading/coaching teams (direct/indirect) cross-functionally.
- Skilled at collaborating across consumer/shopper/customer agendas.
- Strong analytical/presentation skills; influencing/negotiation/collaboration adaptability.
- Excellent planning/organization/project management skills; proactive self-starter mindset.
- English/Spanish proficiency required.
