Job Description :
1 Commercial delivery
• Develop and manage the on trade business for the Region by driving the NSV targets as per the AOP.
• Achieve the sales & marketing plans to build consumer preference and drive volumes as per USL's execution standards.
• Ensure NSV Target delivery of contracted outlets NSV - Region.
2 Financials
• Ensure the team adheres to the business norms of credit, collection, reporting and other financial discipline like budgeting, spending, submission of claims etc.
• Coordinate with the team for negotiating & finalizing annual contract and terms of trade with outlets and business associates as per the business norms.
• Set process for claim submission and other report for the team and ensures the on-time delivery of the same.

Financial Disp - Collection / claims
3 People management
• Responsible for developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Establish the process of monitoring the performance of individual and team by proper reporting and communications mechanism involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings etc. and individual growth plans.
• Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments. Team Management (P4G, review)
4 Customer marketing
• Work towards steering the efforts of the team in identifying, negotiating & activating targeted key accounts as a commercially viable marketing channel.
• Facilitate region wide key account activities & promotions in line with brand strategy and ensure the team helps in achieving the deliverables of the contract. Activation - aligning to the national agenda
5 Budgeting & forecast
• Plan and monitor various activities driven in these channels in lines with brand guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.
• Identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budgets for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new accounts. Regional Budgets (contract, spend mgmt.)
6 Talent grooming
• Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively promote the brands.
• Support and lead the functional / leadership development of team, through inspirational in field & classroom coaching.
• Ensure proper product training is arranged for the customers and consumer and implementation of tastings / events / experiences. Training
7 Relationship management
• Understand the customer / consumer behaviour at field level and develop a robust feedback mechanism for sales / marketing team for shaping up the future decision.
• Maintain cordial relationship with the key influencers at the large key accounts to drive brand dominance.
• Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Relations
8 Systems & process
• Prepare Monthly report of Regional performance in the prescribed report
• Draft Activation calendar & implementation report
• Circulate Quarterly M&E for contracted outlets
• Ensure Legal & marketing clearances to be obtained
