About our Finance Team:

This is no coincidence since Finance is one of the core businesses at Diageo Budapest. Our Finance team consists of more than 700 professionals. We handle Diageo-wide transactions all across the world. We guarantee the fair representation of business performance and ensure the transparency of financials. We're also responsible for in-market financials and the end-to-end ownership of financial activities and controls.

Our job is never the same. Diageo has the monotone and manual parts of Finance outsourced, so here you get to do the challenging tasks and really improve both professionally and personally. We believe that every FC & FP&A colleague plays a strategic role in our business, therefore we look at them as advisors to the CFO.

FC or FP&A?

Financial Controlling ensures we have the right controls and processes in place to keep our financial reporting safe and accurate, whereas Financial Planning & Analysis focuses on how our performance is looking versus management expectation (both now and in the future) to develop strategies for improved performance and growth. FP&A focuses on driving the performance and works much closer with the market on ad hoc projects, whereas FC is much closer to the fundamentals of accounting and keeping our financial results compliant and accurate.

About you:
