About the Function

Our Global Business Operations (GBO) team are facilitators, providing strategic, financial, and business services that are critical to the day-to-day performance of our business. With a team of over 2,000 dedicated and passionate people supporting 21 markets across the world, we have offices in Bangalore, Budapest, Bogota, and Manila.

About the role

Administration and Clerical roles cover a range of skills and administrative duties including, preparation of documents and correspondence, data entry, provision of non-technical information, some basic process administration, diary management, coordination of meetings, visitors and travel for their area of responsibility. Roles within this job family are also responsible for the management and running of our fleet, providing expert skills to run an efficient, safe and user focused service for those that use it.

The role supports the following Leaders: Employee Experience Lead GBO

and Finance Global Process Owner.

Responsibilities
  • Handle accessibility to Directors complex diary - set up relevant arrangements (e.g. meeting room, notifications, material, etc).
  • Deal with Directors post and e-mails efficiently
  • Organize and arrange travel itineraries of Directors, local and international, coordinating with counterparts in other locations.
  • Organize conferences, workshops and events at both a Domestic and International level
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with key external/ internal customers and build cross-functional network within the peer group
  • Manage and co-ordinate all other ad-hoc administrative tasks and project management work and research as appropriate.


What you will bring
  • College or University graduate
  • At least 3 years in an Executive Assistant or PA role at senior level, preferably within a competitive commercial environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Hungarian. Additional language skills are a benefit.
  • Has regularly collaborated with various nationalities & foreign locations
  • Ability to work independently, excellent time management, able to set priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office software knowledge
