We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Europe Senior Strategy Manager to join the Europe Strategy Team based in London. This role is essential in supporting our regional strategic initiatives as we unlock the next chapter of growth for Europe. The candidate will have an analytical attitude, outstanding leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the economic, socio-demographic, geopolitical, and commercial contexts of our markets.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Europe LT to develop and deploy our renewed F30 ambition.
  • Partner with Europe markets to build detailed market, category, and functional strategies tailored to local needs.
  • Support pan-European strategic projects in partnership with all Europe markets.
  • Provide objective, cross-market analysis of market trends and performance, integrating both external and internal data.
  • Develop analytical models to support business decisions and drive performance improvements.
  • Understand and analyze the strategic, economic, socio-demographic, geopolitical, and commercial contexts of Diageo Europe's markets.
  • Develop storylines and presentations to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and motivate change.
  • Support the 3-year financial plan at European level by working closely with FP&A teams and markets

Experience / skills required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, financial or market analysis, or roles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in advanced analytical tools and software. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies in a complex, multi-national environment.
  • Deep understanding of the European market and its socio-economic, geopolitical, and commercial landscape.
