Job Description :
1. Understand company strategy and support EC leadership team to develop Emerging Channel business.
2. To furnish sales information regularly, analyze the sales reports, adjust the working plan and dig out new opportunities according to the market to reach sales target effectively.
3. Real-time monitor and analyze operation KPI between different touchpoints.
4. To well Prepare for product launch, inventory management to make sure store operation smoothly.
5. Be skilled at TikTok guideline and traffic logic to build up friendly cooperation relationship.
6. Co-work with customer marketing role to translate brand/ category strategy into creative brand promotion activities, including but not limited to new products.

7. To make tracks for customers purchase flow for further understanding and process optimization.
8. Driving In-site and investment excellence for emerging channels.
9. Be skilled in social content ecosystem to drive brand awareness and partner with digital and CRM team to drive better campaign synergy and membership marketing.
10. Well known social commerce platforms business model and traffic driven mechanism to promote DCL products with high conversion.
11. Proactively monitor competitors, other industries, and different external platform's best practices/ trends/ initiatives to continuously improve our creativity and competitive advantage.
12. Develop MCN opportunities of driving brand presence and business.
