About the role:
• Supervises the daily activities of business support, technicians and/or production teams, but typically does not perform the work supervised.
• Understands how the team relates to other closely related teams, and will set priorities to ensure task completion and coordinate work with other supervisors.
• Uses judgement to identify and resolve day-to-day problems with decisions guided by policies, procedures and local business plans.
• Receives guidance and oversight from own manager, but is responsible for their own team's quality, volume and timeliness objectives within their area.
• Expected to exchange information and address sensitive issues, exhibiting a good level of tact and diplomacy.
Role Responsibilities:
Qualification: CA/ MBA Experience: 2- 4 years post qualification.
Purpose: Responsible for preparing and presenting reports and information to support the senior management in decisions on financial and business forecasting areas on regional level. Responsible for operational, day to day management of financial data to ensure financial control, derive insights, support decision making and make recommendations to improve performance. Ensure control procedures are strictly adhered to in line with global processes and standards.
Planning & Strategy • Manage and drive annual planning cycle on regional level for volume, NSV, BTL, TTL, OH with collection the information and work with relevant clusters/region/ functions and give input to the consolidated AOP • Play active role to be a bridge between region and head office to channel the necessary financial information • Fulfilling of various ad hoc reporting requirements • Performing consolidation and review cluster supplied information, and channel the information to FC process leads (NSV, BTL, OH) • Supporting of the business in preparation and determination of cluster/ region goals, strategies and tactics • Periodic activities of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting efforts as well as event-driven activities.
Performance Management • Actual vs budget analysis of P&L (NSV, BTL, TTL, OH) for RPC for MFR and MOR discussion for the relevant region incl commentary and O&R • Actualization of BTL for the relevant region • Analysis / Preparation of SKU Level Profitability of all Brands at regional Level. Giving clear picture of CAAP level components, corresponding Make Cost, Distribution Cost, A&P, Levies • Crafting the CAAP Level BPM Data base of Regional D&S Business performance - Brand wise Performance, RPC Performance, give input to Overall National performance (scorecard).
Transaction processing • Preparation and distribution of flash reporting • Prepare analyses and present financial data to drive regional MFR and MOR.
Governance & Compliance • Collaborate with the stakeholders to meet auditor's requirement on schedule and variance analysis • Ensure adherence to CARM process • Execute and document audit fieldwork in accordance with CARM guidelines • Review business process/policies for proper controls and governance
