About the role

The Culture Transformation specialist plays a key role in bringing Diageo's brands to life in culture through locally resonant partnerships and reports to the local Head of PR & Culture Transformation.

This role is execution-focused, supporting Culture Transformation team in delivering impactful, insight-led cultural partnerships across entertainment, music, fashion, sports, influencers, media, nightlife, and community spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Cultural Partnerships Execution - Support on bringing to life local and regional culture strategies through local market execution, tailoring programs for cultural relevance and business impact.
• Event & Experience Delivery - Execute local brand experiences, sponsorships, and activations that put our brands at the heart of culture.
• Agency Collaboration - Work closely with creative, media, and experiential agencies to ensure brilliant local execution of cultural partnerships and content
• Administrative tasks - Contribute to the smooth operation of the Culture Transformation team by handling administrative duties

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong understanding of local cultural trends, scenes, and influencers
• Experience in brand experiences, or partnerships is preferred
• Project management skills
• Comfortable working with creative and media agencies to drive execution
• Performance tracking at the local level
