Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience is part of Global Business Operations (GBO) and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis. The department is responsible for the interpretation of financial data, the coordination and management of financial reporting, the management of the P&L delivering solutions that will increase insight and visibility, steering towards the defined strategy of the markets as well as driving automatization and innovation in the decision support infrastructure.

About the role
- Ensure a smooth and accurate month-end close by working closely with Market Overhead Business Partners
- Deliver timely and actionable forecasting, reporting, and planning insights to drive informed business decisions
- Provide clear and concise root cause analysis to explain variances and trends
- Support the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Planning processes across multiple markets
- Continuously supervise market P&Ls to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving inconsistencies
- Create detailed and impactful regional and market-level analyses to support business performance
- Actively support and, when required, deputize for Market Overhead Business Partners
- Contribute to the transformation and optimization of overhead reporting processes
- Partner with our Regional COE Lead to improve value creation and drive process excellence
About you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 3-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial Controlling, with proven analytical skills.
- Foundational accounting knowledge to support accurate financial assessments.
- Experience with shared services processes (a strong advantage)
- Sophisticated Excel proficiency for data analysis and financial modeling.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
