Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring the organization is equipped with business information to delivery flawless Planning through efficient cycle planning & briefing process.
- Leads activity selection sessions, planning conversations and activity plans / cycle brief sign off´s. Ensures that all activity and A&P is properly planned and uploaded in planning tool (ADAPT).
- Monitors and tracks A&P and executional trade spend for each project/platform, delivers M&E on activities with input from Activation Executive and drives promotional effectiveness (ROI) and forecasting accuracy of promotional volume.
- Prepares and keep M&E Tracker updated according to M&E policy and ensures full compliance with CARM and Diageo Code of Conduct.
- Leads M4M planning (BTL A&P and Executional Trade Investment), consolidates input from all areas (Growth, Sales, Marketing) presents, follows up for approval and ensuring alignment with M&E Policy, ensures it follows all planning process guidelines.
- Ensures Innovation launching phases makes perfect fit with the Cycle Planning.
- Provides Input on PMR related to impact in Volume Forecast/BB (Volume Update), BB + Baseline and revise impact, communicates actions and incorporate into the demand plan.
- Generates input for Pre-demand: Activity Calendar, Execution Tracker and Building Blocks, leads forecast desitions with input from Commercial / Market Manager
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Kip's: Accuracy and timeliness of A&P / Trade Spend management; ROI improvement on promotional activities.; Forecast accuracy and volume delivery; Execution quality (M&E and ISSY/TRAX scorecards).

Experience / skills required:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Business or related field.
- English and Spanish speaker.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and /or customer marketing /trade marketing areas with specific experience of distributor-based businesses.
- Good understanding about how the total sales organization operates and how to drive its effectiveness.
- Proven experience leading and coaching teams (own and/or indirect).
- Ability to work around and within a variety of different market conditions and demographic factors.
- Analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills, with a range and adaptability of style.
- Good planning, organization and project management skills.
- Proactive, self-starter.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
