In addition, we are piloting in one of our key markets, the design, and deployment of a software solution that will digitize the Customer Investment Management (CIM) process end to end, from planning, contracting, implementing and evaluating. • Encourage & Lead a team of project managers (direct/indirect reporting line) on the various workstreams to ensure individual initiatives delivered on time & in budget
  • Provide customer first / commercial leadership as project gets underway
  • Work with pilot steering committee to ensure regular drumbeat of performance updates / comms to wider collaborators
  • Key contact from Global Commercial to pilot team members. Will need to work in close collaboration with GPO, technology teams, service delivery and markets across all levels of Diageo, as well as partners and third-party suppliers.
