Change Management Manager
The Change Management Manager is responsible for ensuring adequate controls and governance behind the IBP transformation initiatives, including (but not limited to) IBP process improvement, IBP process health checks, planning operational quality, organizational changes, open roles, guaranteeing and detailing training activities, and reporting regional scorecards to both local and global customers. The Change Manager operates as a Project Management Office (PMO) for implementing changes in Organization, Process, and Technology within IBP.
Top Accountabilities:
- Create a detailed plan of activities required to ensure an adequate transition driving the expected improvement.
- Ensure initiatives are focused on delivering the desired outcome by defining what success will look like with the project team and building around that goal.
- Enable markets to transition to new ways of working by addressing operational barriers to change and IBP adoption.
- Engage interdisciplinary teams by developing targeted communications and involving them proactively in change and achievement.
- Craft control mechanisms to ensure all activities are supervised, registered, and communicated efficiently.
- Ensure all key program artifacts are in place including project charters, integrated plans, risk registers, scorecards, reports, and health checks.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with a consistent track record of leading complex transformation projects successfully.
- Hands-on experience in Demand Planning.
- Good foundation in IBP following Oliver Wight's process standards with strong cross-functional teamwork.
- Known to work in Supply Chain including demand-supply balancing, inventory management, capacity management etc.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization performance measurement change management principles.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese would be a plus.
