The Business Transformation Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Continuous Improvement team. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and drive continuous process improvement.

About the role:
The person in the Business Transformation Analyst role, within the Continuous Improvement team, will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing solutions that drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement in various areas of the business. Your main focus will be on projects where Microsoft Power Platform tools (especially Power Apps and Power Automate) are the most appropriate to tackle operational or strategic needs.
You will be involved in projects of varying complexity, leading simple initiatives from start to finish, and collaborating on larger projects as a technical implementer under direction. This role requires analytical skills, active listening skills and autonomy to translate functional requirements into effective digital solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and execute continuous improvement projects where solutions are defined with Power Apps or Power Automate, from requirements gathering to implementation. Translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with end users, sponsors and other functional or technical teams. Design, build and test digital solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate). Participate in ideation, definition and prioritization sessions of initiatives received through Project Request.
Document processes, flows and implemented solutions, ensuring traceability and knowledge transfer. Train end users or prepare training material, ensuring the correct adoption of the developed tools. Provide post-implementation support, monitoring the performance of the solutions and making corrective or evolutionary adjustments if required.
Experience / skills required
- Professional in Engineering or related fields.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills with different levels of the organization.
- Proactivity and critical thinking.
- Ability to organize and handle multiple simultaneous tasks/projects.
- Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate (intermediate-advanced level).
- Desirable: knowledge in programming languages such as Python, VBA or others.
- Desire for continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate-advanced English (for interaction with global teams).
