About the Role

You'll be a multi-skilled professional responsible for ensuring excellence across every stage of the production process, from brewing to utilities and water treatment. You'll work in a collaborative, operate-and-maintain model, using digital tools and automation to improve efficiency, safety, and quality every step of the way.

What you'll do:

• Champion a strong safety culture, promoting best practices to maintain an injury-free workplace.

• Operate, monitor and maintain brewing, utilities, and water treatment equipment to the highest standard.

• Ensure premium quality, food safety, and environmental compliance (ISO 9001 and beyond).

• Keep production systems and inventory data accurate and up to date.

• Take ownership of plant performance, completing condition monitoring and maintenance tasks, track and optimize production KPIs, driving performance excellence

• Support continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and innovative thinking.

• Rotate through the different areas of production in brewing operations and utilities operations to develop broad, hands-on expertise and drive flexibility.

• Contribute to site sustainability efforts through waste, water, and energy optimisation initiatives

• Ensure every batch of our beer is top quality through sensory analysis and evaluation.

About you

We're looking for motivated individuals with an understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally from liquid, utilities, pharmaceutical, or food production industries. Whilst experience is important, it's your problem-solving approach and passion for growth and excellence that really counts.
