Purpose of Role:
Brand Manager Jr will be responsible to lead Scotch projects in South Lac providing support to our Sr. Brand Managers and additional focus on scotch commercial brands.
Work in conjunction with commercial team will be vital to deliver these objectives with a transformational attitude.

Implement strategic guidance and supervision of On/Out trade events to ensure 360° amplification & drinks at scale.
Performance in this role will be assessed against Performance, Talkability, Brand and Trial Kips.
Provide Business intelligence analysis based on digital tools and consumer insight to the development of the plans.
Lead agency partners to deliver brand campaigns.
Take global growth driver and intelligently adapt for the market.
Close relation to PR or Influencer & Advocacy role, to fulfil Diageo culture model /Tentpoles expanding the reach of Scotch initiatives.
Key outputs/deliverables:
- Development of integral communication, involving Digital and AI channels, on trade partners, KOL as our new media to boost Talkability. Digital Strategy is key.
- Apply specific actions raised through consumer insights understanding and motivations with clear implications to drive our serve strategy.
- Share standard processes and lead re-application of big and bold initiatives across SOUTHLAC to win Drinks at scale.
- Embed the DMC & DWBB tools within the organization
- Key brand contact with our main Commercial partners.
- Develop a positive working collaborations Brand Managers, Finance, CMO, Sales (including distributors) and new Distribution Partners.
