About the Role

As a custodian of the brand, work with the Commercial team to craft and deliver brand strategy to recruit consumers and deliver commercial outcomes while ensuring brand purpose is always at the heart of all activity. Deliver this by building exciting campaigns to bring brand purpose to life, building awareness and driving recruitment.

Build a Purposeful Winning Brand

Working in collaboration with the team to build commercially focused, inspiring marketing plans, keeping the brand purpose at the heart of the thinking. Bring the brand purpose to life in culture with creative magic and flair.

Drive Marketing Performance

Finding the right balance between creativity and commerciality to ensure brand marketing work results in market share gain and shifts in key brand metrics.

Develop Powerful Relationships

Develop strong relationships internally across all levels and departments in the business. Develop strong relationships externally with key agency partners and with important external stakeholders such as Tourism Ireland, Failte Ireland and others.

Leading

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies to advance our digital, experiential, PR, and C&E agenda.
  • Primary contact for brand homes; work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences.
  • Oversee and manage budgets across brand homes working in collaboration with brand homes and finance teams
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery of key campaigns throughout the year in partnership with both external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage key internal stakeholders including the commercial and the wider brand homes teams. Build additional relationships with key external industry bodies such as Tourism Ireland and Failte Ireland to explore and unlock collaborative opportunities.


Supporting
  • Work closely with the commercial team to develop and execute brand plans, ensuring brilliant execution through engaging and orchestrating cross-functional teams.
  • Ad hoc project support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to emerging business needs.


Qualifications & Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proven brand management experience with a focus on digital, culture, and events
  • Experience managing, motivating and mobilising individuals and teams e.g. agency partners, internal stakeholders.
  • Successful management of external agencies, resulting in strong and positive outcomes
  • Comfort working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment
  • Educated to Graduate level, preferably within marketing or a business-related subject
  • Ability to manage detailed projects from beginning to end brilliantly - a "multi-tasker", with a strong sense of urgency to deliver outstanding business results, and an ability to recognise course correction requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Desirable: experience in tourism, events, hospitality companies or organisations
