Job Description :
Accountabilities:
- Educated and inspire internal employee and external shopper, customer.
- Be the speaker and support mentoring program.
- Work closing with brand team and customer marketing team.
- Provide market intelligence include market trend, competitor key actions and shopper preference.
- Ensure Diageo Execution standard is achieved.
- Support key activation and newly initiative
- Support MBP (trade strategy) process
- Support brand to deliver brand objectives - brand communication & innovation (base on BM's brief)
Qualification:
- 3+ years in related industry experience
- Strong presenting capabilities and consumer understanding
- Master at creating alignment across our consumer, shopper, customer and channel agenda
- Proven success at driving change and inspiring and influencing significant (or cross-functional) teams to get behind new ideas
- Strong team player
- Proven success in execution excellence
- Good at detail analysis and finding insights
- Good time management, priority setting and communication skills
