About the Function
The Commercial function in Diageo Korea is a passionate and results focused team of 70+ people who are sit at the forefront of building market leading customer partnerships and executing our go to market strategies across the Off Trade (Hyper, Convenience, Supermarket, Club), On Trade (Bar, Club, MOT, Pub/Hof & Restaurants), Luxury (High-end speciality retail and department stores & Trend-leading Restaurants & Bars), Wholesale and eCommerce channels across greater Seoul and provinces.

About You
Your purpose is to service customers, seek new business opportunities for products or services that require limited technical knowledge to achieve budgeted sales levels, and manage wholesale business.
About the Role
- Responsible for a small-mid size territory with well-defined role under readily available supervision from senior sales rep or sales manager
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the wholesale business
- Deliver personal goal (Volume, MS and etc.) by representing the company and selling its products and services in an assigned territory with general supervision day-to-day
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and markets
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure favourable arrangements for the wholesale business.
- Ensures customer satisfaction including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns
- Take planned action to achieve sales objectives in the middle of sales activity based on monthly drive cycle
- Collect market information such as consumer/outlet trends upon request
- Implement sales driver opportunities where necessary for customers
- Build & maintain effective business relationship with key customers based on mutual business objective
- Provide brand building information on Diageo's brands to customers
Experience Required/Skills/Capabilities
- 5~7 years of business experience in field sales
- Sets high standards of delivery
- Executional excellence
- MS Office skills
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Knowledge in using various tools for sales
- Experience in consumer goods sales is a plus
