In addition to local Turkey market, Mey|Diageo products are sold in 40+ countries, with Germany & UK being the main export markets. The company continues its operations with a total of 8 production facilities in Turkey and a bottling facility in N.Cyprus.

Role Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility is to procure the highest quality agricultural raw materials required for production at the factory, at the best possible prices. The role also includes executing the necessary agricultural engineering activities in the farming areas where these raw materials are cultivated.

Qualifications Required:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from a Faculty of Agriculture

Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of fieldwork experience in agricultural areas
  • Must have hands-on experience working directly on farmland

Other Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (intermediate level)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Intermediate level of English is preferred

Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
  • Team player with effective collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with the assigned region in terms of soil type, climate conditions, crop characteristics, and local producers.
