JOB TITLE: Vice President - SR8702849

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to support execution of live transactions for Insurance Coverage team, including preparation of detailed memoranda and presentations, and analyze the key attributes of client companies. Requires a Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of investment banking experience preparing, analyzing, and performing sensitivity analysis on management's financial projection for Insurance and InsurTech sectors; drafting Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and management presentation materials including fireside chat decks, management presentation decks, and diligence exhibits; performing sum-of-the-parts analysis and preparing public comps and precedent transactions analysis, leveraging financial market data software and SEC filings; drafting fairness opinions and supporting materials for final bid negotiation; conducting financial modeling utilizing tools including FactSet, SNL, Refinitiv, and Bloomberg, as well as dividend discount models and discounted cash flows, to analyze bid economics; coordinating buyer outreach and diligence process and supporting final Membership Interest Purchase Agreement (MPA) negotiation; and developing pro forma and standalone financial projections. Salary range: $275,000.00 - $285,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
