Design Director

We are looking for a Director of Design to join our team and help drive clients growth & design vision for our Bangkok Studio. As the Director of Design, you will be responsible for guiding the overall design direction for new and existing clients,design deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

• Build deep productive relationships with active clients and key stakeholders by practising ability to influence clients to make the right design decisions, help them connect these decisions back to user and business impact 
• Develop and execute the overall business development by identifying new opportunities with active clients , partner companies & their network to drive business goals and objectives 
• Lead and manage a team of experience designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills 
• Collaborate with global & cross-functional teams, to envisage best ideas,practices and success stories, to define and implement our design vision  
• Represent the design team in workshops,events,meetings and discussions to regional leadership and stakeholders 

 We would like you to be... 

• A bachelor's or MSc degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field 
• At least 12 years of experience as an experience designer, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills 
• Experience working with Design Studio/Agency
• Extensive experience leading and managing design teams, with a proven track record of success 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership 
• Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
