We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Agile Program Coordinator to support a client’s internal product transformation practice. This immersive training and coaching environment brings product leaders, engineers, and frontline staff together to collaborate on real work, elevate their ways of working, and deliver better outcomes—faster.

You'll coordinate across product, coaching, and engineering teams to ensure aligned, seamless delivery of coaching engagements. Your role is to support operational excellence, streamline logistics, maintain team momentum, and ensure participants have a consistent, high-quality experience from start to finish.
Would you like to...
- Continuously improve the experience for participants and coaches by refining processes, templates, ceremonies, and tools
- Organize and simplify program information to make it easily accessible and actionable
- Ensure coaches and participants have what they need: schedules, documents, invites, supplies, space, and tech setup
- Maintain a pipeline of upcoming teams and schedule events to prepare them for intake, discovery, and active engagement
- Track team schedules and progress through the full coaching lifecycle, including goal setting and milestone visibility
- Collect and organize feedback, tool usage, and training metrics to support strategic decisions
- Manage records of attendance and certifications for design thinking and related trainings
- Onboard new staff members, coordinating access, workspace, and documentation needs
- Guide teams through each phase of the journey, ensuring a consistent and positive experience
- Maintain program documentation and digital artifacts (Mural boards, SharePoint, internal portals, etc.)
- Contribute to internal content, training materials, and engagement resources
- Lead marketing and engagement efforts including swag, visual identity, and promotional materials
- Order, organize, and manage workshop supplies and team swag
- Support coordination of hybrid (in-person + remote) engagements, including room booking, catering, A/V setup, and technical logistics
We would like you to have...
- 3+ years of experience supporting or coordinating agile, product, or coaching programs
- 1+ year of experience within large organizations or matrixed environments in roles related to design thinking, product management, or technical delivery
- Experience in operations, internal events, or stakeholder communications
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to support empowered product teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders
- Experience aligning program goals with business strategy and delivery milestones
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- This is a contract, hybrid position located in Dallas, TX (onsite 3 days per week).

Compensation: $35-$40/Hr
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
