Tasks and Qualifications:
The Role
Dematic/KION is looking for Test Specialist - Business Transformation as part of the
Central Test management of business transformation program.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:
- As an test specialist Business Transformation you will be leading testing activities including planning, execution, and monitoring of functional and Non-Functional testing phases in a multi release set up.
- Part of the central test management team and closely collaborate with functional and technical teams across the business transformation global program.
- Prepare and implement holistic test approaches for complex application landscape in alignment with the global program management.
- Support developing and communicating test principles and standards to testing teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate different test phases (FT/SIT/UAT/Regression Test etc.) in a cross-functional environment.
- Collect test metrics and report to stakeholders regularly to identify and mitigate risks on test progress.
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Science, or related field.
- 5 years' experience in test management, test methodologies and execution tools (ideally JIRA XRAY)
- Experience in Test Automation, Performance testing and other non-functional testing.
- Good knowledge of packaged Software (SAP S/4, salesforce.com etc.)
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
- Work in a Global cross functional environment including identifying and addressing business needs.
- Participate in meetings, and manage prepare concise, accurate documents.
- Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
- Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 15-25% internationally
