Tasks and Qualifications:
The Role
Dematic/KION is looking for an SAP C4C Specialist responsible for designing, building, and operating Aftersales solutions in KION Group IT. In this role, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and improving applications and services, including maintenance.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:
- Responsible for implementing part or all the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design.
- Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP C4C.
- Design, build, develop, and maintain SAP C4C solutions, as well as integration into SAP S/4 Hana systems.
- Advice our internal customers on the feasibility and implementation of solutions
- Troubleshooting issues in SAP C4C, CPI & S/4 Hana interfaces in the areas of MM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions.
- Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives, and seeks alignment.
- Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.
- Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way.
- Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders.
- Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position (application specialist, software development, system administration, platform engineer, application support).
- Desired experience in customizing SAP C4C with SAP SDK.
- Knowledge of ABAP in ECC and S/4 Hana, and use of a debugger tool.
- Desired experience with web frameworks.
- Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills.
- Demonstrable agile mindset and willingness to learn and develop further.
- Business and Process Knowledge.
- Cross functional knowledge in business domains.
- Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
- Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
