Salary Range: $149,760/yr- $185,100/yr
Job Description: Responsible for supporting the Provider Pega platform at Delta Dental. Collaborate with our business, product, and technology teams in an agile development environment to drive how technology enables more efficient business processes and simplified user experiences. Lead a high-performing cross-functional team, providing solutions, recommendations, and estimates, helping other development team members, reviewing code, and following industry best practices. Keeping up with Pega Guard Rail score compliant. Keep the application branch clean. Ensuring security of the application through applying security patches. Maintain high quality of the application. Telecommuting permissible from any location within US.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the features of the Pega Application;
- Extract the data to report and present the insights using Pega BIX tool Agile;
- Integrate the front end Pega application and backend database using Java/Web Services;
- Design and development of the Pega Application features and maintenance though Agile Development methodologies using tools Miro, Jira and Jira Align;
- Monitoring the Pega Application using Datadog and Pega logs in the Pega Admin studio;
- Collaborate with Development lead and Solution architects to ensure the application maintain industry standard Software Architecture and Design principles are maintained in the Planview.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Insurance or Health care with Pega or Business process management or job offered.
Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
Pay Grade 22. $149,760/yr- $185,100/yr
